The best cleaning system I have ever seen! For starters a polite, knowledgeable and professional person answered the phone when I called. I had a lot of questions b/c I have never used this type of cleaning before. The owner spent 15 minutes answering my questions and explaining the process, never rushing me. The cleaning was better than I thought possible and instead of being in and out in 20 minutes like my past cleaner. The owner spent 1 1/2 hours cleaning. My base boards got wiped down and front porch swept off. Nice touch. I am a customer for life! Thank you for putting my faith back in customer service!

Wow! Chemdry of Summerville was the right choice. Greg, the owner, is a true professional who provided outstanding customer from my first call to completion of work. He answered all of my questions (especially about the difference between Chemdry and steam cleaning, and if and when I needed carpets professionally cleaned) and there was absolutely no sales pitch, just honest recommendations and advice. The price incredible! Greg came to our house after business hours (that was the only time we could be at home), and completed the entire job. As a matter of fact, on one of our Turkish rugs I had cleaned, I forgot to ask him to clean the back of it as well. I called Greg and again he came after hours and recleaned it with no charge. This is a local business that takes pride in what they do and truly uphold the customer's interest. I highly recommend Chemdry of Summerville.

The best decision I ever made! For starters they were here on time! The owner was clean cut , professional, knowledgable and eager to to a great job. The candle wax and gum that got left behind by 3 different cleaners is now gone! I have never tipped a carpet cleaner until today. If you want a thorough, professional this is it!

The best decision I ever made! The owner of this business was very professional and hard working. He was very thorough and was interested in doing the best job possible. I was very pleased with the cleaning as I had never used Chem Dry before. I will never go back to the steam cleaning as it never really seemed clean and it was always so wet. The Chem Dry experience was one that I have recommended to all my friends as well. I also had some urine stains from my pets and Chem Dry has special cleaning that will remove urine stains and odor. Best cleaning done I have ever had on my carpets by any cleaning company. chemDry of Summerville is the best! I found them in my local yellow pages & when I called the owner answered the phone he was very detailed and answered all my questions, he was also very patient and didn't rush me into using his service. When they came over to do my carpets the owner walked around first and took the time to speak with me about my carpets, he was very knowledgeable and even educated me on the kind of fibers of my carpet. The work was impeccable and he delivered what he promised, a clean carpet. I ended up having my white couch and loveseat done, can you believe that he got out brown crayons and blue ink from my couch. I was very comfortable with the pricing too, I am a single mother of two boys and did not feel that I was overcharged at all. I now have Chem Dry of Summervillle clean my carpet couch & loveseat every 3 mths & it only takes about 2 hours to dry. Never will go back 2 steam cleaning!

We found Chem Dry of Summerville through their high recommendations from Angie's List, and we were not disappointed. We found a coupon through their website for a whole house cleaning. We ended up having to reschedule our appointment at the last minute, which Greg was very accommodating of. On the day of the appointment, James, a new man on Greg's crew, was available to start a bit early, which we were unfortunately not able to do, so we kept the original appointment time. James arrived promptly at the appointed time and got right to work.We showed James the layout of the house, and he asked us to show him any spots of particular interest, such as a pet stain. He first took care of the pet stain with some special chemicals (which cost extra but I think well worth the cost). He then got to work cleaning the rest of the house. James explained how their system worked, which does not leave behind any noxious smells. When he came upon a particular carpet stain in our bedroom that he couldn't remove, he let me know straight away, rather than not mention it, which really impressed me. He was pleasant and hard-working, moving furniture obstructing his way without us first having to ask him. The entire process I believe took less than two hours, and I was very edified by James' professionalism. The experience was very pleasant. James was a competent, hardworking technician, and Greg is a good businessman and is obviously very focused on making his customers happy. This was evident after he followed up with us after the job to make sure all went well. I would be happy to use Chem Dry of Summerville's services again!

I spent about $100 for their services. I liked them since they did a very good job. A young man came out and the owner called up later on to make sure I was happy with everything. The young man was very thorough. Their price was average and I would recommend them.

The technician did an outstanding job. My carpet looks wonderful. The technician removed all of the pet stains completely.

The service man arrived on time and after inspection of the carpet throughout the house, we agreed on what was to be done and the price up front. Everything was done as requested and the entire process took about 2 hours, which was very good considering the amount of extra work required for the urine removal.

I called for an estimate and made the appointment, which was a fairly quick turn around. They came and cleaned the rug and even spent time ensuring that the long pile was "combed" out. Great job.

ChemDry scheduled a time that was convenient for me. James called to see if he could come 20 mins early and I was pleased about that. He arrived exactly as he promised, walked through the house with me while I showed him a couple of stains. He estimated he would be finished in 1 1/2 - 2 hrs and I didn't really believe he could do a thorough job in that amount of time. I was wrong, wrong, wrong! My carpets haven't looked this good since the day they were new. I moved into my house 7 years ago and replaced the carpet everywhere except the stairs. The carpets are all champagne colored. I have had 7 yrs of parties, grandchilden and their friends and guests (with their dogs) so the carpets looked awful and I was planning to replace them. ChemDry of Summerville came out and now the carpets look fabulous! Even the stairs! I'm so glad I called them before spending thousands of dollars on new carpets. I just wish I had taken before and after photos. I recommend this company to everyone who asks!
